Responsibilities:

  • Answer enquiries and provide information pertaining to queries, complaints and feedback
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution within required guidelines
  • Ensure optimal level of customer satisfaction at all times
  • Escalate and work with various team for complicated issues, and ensure issues are resolved properly
  • Continuously aim to provide a satisfactory response to customers in accordance with key performance indicators.

 

Requirements:

  • Self-motivated, proactive & organised
  • Preferably conversationally bilingual in English and Mandarin
  • Able to handle multi-tasking and work under pressure
  • Good team player with competence communication and interpersonal skills
  • Computer Literate.
