HR Executive (Recruiter)

To support Company’s Hiring Managers in providing timely and efficient recruitment as well as ensuring quality recruitment process internally and externally.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Hiring Managers on recruitment process including advertisement of the job ad, screening and co-ordination of interviews
  • Oversee the entire recruitment process ensuring a quality candidate experience at all stages
  • Identifying and partnering with external providers as required to ensure hiring needs are met
  • Achieving and exceeding hiring benchmarks relating to time to fill, cost per hire, diversity hiring, hiring manager and candidate satisfaction

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Human Resources or related field
  • Minimum 3 - 4 years of relevant working experience
  • Possess good working attitude
  • Able to communicate effectively with various organisational levels
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • A team player with a strong sense of responsibility
