FAQ Ordering Online

Currently we accept below 3 payment methods. eNETS payment is coming soon.

  1. PayPal Express Checkout (Log in your PayPal account to pay.)
  2. All credit cards and debit cards payment through PayPal payment gateway (Need to select PayPal Express Checkout option. No PayPal account is required while making payment.) 
  3. AXS Station (Need to visit an AXS Station islandwide to make payment with your order number within 2 days.)

Note: Orders received on Saturday after 12:00pm or any time on Sunday/Public Holiday can only be confirmed by the NEXT working day. As such, earliest delivery can only be done between 2PM to 5:30PM on that same working day.

(For Christmas Hampers and Chinese New Year Hampers, your order will be delivered within 3 working days from the delivery date you select.)

For our new website, we have done a total security upgrade on the system. As part of the process to keep your accounts secure, the system has generated a temporary password for you and is already sent to your email inbox. Hence for security purposes, we advise all customers to use the temporary password to log in and change the password. Please check your email inbox for the password.

If you have failed to receive, no worries. Simply clicke HERE or Forgotten Password at the login page. Enter your email address and click Continue. And you will receive a random password in your email inbox. Please also check your junk mail if you still failed to receive. Remember to change your password once you log in again.

Yes, please use our office address as your delivery address and fill in your name and contact number while you are adding the recipient. We’ll contact you for the arrangement as soon as we receive your order.

You may place your order from another country. But currently, we only deliver within Singapore. For delivery to Malaysia, please call in our hotline 6844 2222 to find out more.

Yes! Please find the add-on option on the certain product that you wish to purchase. If no add-on option appears, please feel freee to email us at online@humming.com.sg for your special requirement.

The prices of some flowers like roses are expected to increase during the period leading to Valentine's Day. New prices are effective regardless of when the order are placed. Arrangements and bouquets with roses shown online and in the catalogue will be subjected to price adjustments but can be substituted with other flowers with no price change.

General T&C

  • Cancellation of order must be made at least ONE day (24 hrs) in advance before the actual delivery date or a 50% of the selling price will be charged.
  • The FULL price of the order will be charged if a delivery was attempted but no recipient or that the address given was wrong. There will be a nominal delivery charge of S$16.05 (C.O.D.) if the order is redirected to another address as delivery contractors are paid based on per trip per address basis.
  • Please use our "Contact Us" to inform us early.

Hummings.com reserves the right to substitute any products that are out of stock with another with equivalent or higher in value without prior notice.
