Delivery is done according to our delivery schedule. Specific time delivery requests within the no charge timing will be taken into consideration based on the situation of our delivery schedule at the point of time.


Charges are for requested deliveries to be made at a particular time or within a tight specific time i.e. 2pm or between 2pm-2.30pm. Humming reserves the right not to accept this service if our resources are limited.

• Cancellation of order must be made at least ONE day (24 hrs) in advance before the actual delivery date or a 50% of the selling price will be charged.
• The FULL price of the order will be charged if a delivery was attempted but no recipient or that the address given was wrong. There will be a nominal delivery charge of S$10.70 (C.O.D.) if the order is redirected to another address as delivery contractors are paid based on per trip per address basis.
