1. When’s the earliest you can deliver?

| Between 12pm-5pm (Mon-Fri) | same day between 7.15pm-9.59pm |
| Between 5pm-5.30pm (Mon-Fri) | next day before 2pm |
| Before 12pm (Sat) | same day after 2pm before 5pm |
| Between 12pm-2.30pm (Sat) | same day before 7pm |
| After 2.30pm (Sat) | next working day after 2pm |
| Sunday & PH | next working day after 2pm |
Note: Orders received via Internet or fax on Saturday after 2.30pm, Sunday & Public Holiday can only be confirmed by the
NEXT working day. As such, delivery can only be done after 2pm on that same day.
Or you may refer to the earliest advised time under the menu bar.
2. Can you send the gifts overseas?
You may place your order from another country but currently, we only deliver within Singapore.
3. What should I do if I gave the wrong details?
Please call us soonest at
6844 2222 during office hours to inform us of the correct details or you may email us at
goto@humming.com.sg. Hurry!
4. Can I submit an order with a message containing Chinese characters?
No. Please call us at 6844 2222 to place your order and we will gladly take it down. If you cut and paste a Chinese message into the order, it looks perfect on your screen but it sometimes appears like gibberish on ours.
